Elias Kazmi, an ad filmmaker, remains in critical condition after being hit and dragged by an SUV in Jammu. The 16-year-old son of a deputy SP of J&K Police, who was driving the SUV, has been detained and sent to a juvenile home. Kazmi suffered brain clots, broken ribs, and fractures.
